Relax in the outdoor hot tub while soaking beneath the stars after a long day in the mountains or on the river. The home is fully furnished with the main living area warmed by the radiant stone fireplace. There are hardwood
maple floors throughout in combination with carpet and tile on radiant
slab heat.
The fully equipped, state of the art kitchen, with tile work and adjoining
formal dining room, is also warmed by the radiant stone fireplace.
Laundry facilities are available for your convenience as well as Satellite
TV and high speed internet access, VCR/DVD, games, books, and barbecue
grill. The grand master bedroom has high ceilings, two balconies, mountain
views, and a tiled Jacuzzi bath which will make your stay the ultimate
in relaxation.
This secluded and elegantly furnished, 4 bedroom
home, sleeps 8-14 comfortably with 2 ½ bathrooms. Bedrooms
include one king size bed; a queen bed; two twin beds; and a
combination single bunk, double below with a single trundle bed,
as well as a double hide-a-bed in the recreation room and a double
futon in the living room.
Enjoy these 45 acres of lush mountain hillsides filled with wildflowers, hiking trails, a tipi to spend the night in or just sit by the fire. A year round Cutthroat Spawning Creek meanders gently through the property with many hidden springs and a small pond.

RATES
This property may be rented on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. There is a 15% upcharge on the rate for stays less than 1 week.
Weekly Rate: $1900.00 - May 1st - September 1st Weekly Rate: $1500.00 - September 1st - May 1st Security Deposit: $600.00
1 week minimum required from Sept 1-May 1.
Taxes:
A 7% state accommodation tax is not included in the lodging rates. Rates subject to change without notice. No pets or smoking please.
