M Carriage House
The M Carriage House is located at 909 West Koch Street. It sits on the alley between 9th and 10th Streets, behind the Waterman House (907 W. Koch St.).

The newly built, second floor studio apartment has high vaulted ceilings and large windows on all sides with a particularly spectacular view of the Bridger Mountain Range to the north. The location, design, and construction of the Carriage House render it quiet and peaceful yet right in the midst of downtown Bozeman.
The "M" is one block west of Cooper Park and four blocks south of Main St and the Food Coop. It is a pleasant walk to downtown (about 10 blocks through Bozeman’s historic district). MSU’s campus is 5 blocks south; it is 4 blocks to Bozeman High School and the swim center. Local attractions include the Museum of the Rockies (1 ½ miles), Yellowstone National Park (1 ½ hours to either West Yellowstone or Gardiner entrance), Bozeman Hot Springs (15 minutes), Bridger Bowl Ski Center (25 minutes), Bohart's Nordic Ski Center (30 minutes), Big Sky Ski Resort (1 hour), and Valley Ice Garden (20 minutes).

The "M" has approximately 675 square feet of space divided between one large great room and an adjacent bath. The apartment is completely furnished, including telephone, TV, stereo, cable TV, and access to wireless internet. Sleeping accommodations include one queen sized bed. The kitchen has a small range, refrigerator, and microwave oven, and it is stocked with glassware, dishes, and a variety of cooking implements.

The M is furnished in contemporary Western style with lodgepole furniture and trim. The dwelling is custom construction with handmade cabinets and trim throughout. The walls are decorated with murals by Kristen Ziska.

The M Carriage House is adjacent to the Waterman House which is separately available for rental from Intermountain Property Management.

RATES
This property may be rented on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. There is a 15% upcharge on the rate for stays less than 1 week.
