The views are magnificent -- the Bridger Mountains close by on the east, the beautiful Spanish Peaks to the south, and a nature trail that begins at the back yard and winds west to a lovely neighborhood park.


Red Leaf Number 1 has been furnished and decorated as a sanctuary for those temporarily away from home, whether for business or pleasure. Providing all of the perks one would expect in a fine hotel, but allowing far more privacy, the home is replete with casual-but-elegant décor and all the creature comforts. Fine linens, towels, dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware, appliances, laundry facilities with supplies, even blender and mixer have been provided to help make you feel at home. High-speed internet is a must for business travelers, and satellite on 2 TV's are available for those suffering from media withdrawal.

The entire first floor is rich with distressed hickory hardwood floors. It has a welcoming guest powder room, a cozy living room with comfy microsuede couch, leather parsons chairs and ottomans, a vibrant wool rug, gas fireplace, television and music center, and even a game table complete with checkers, chessmen and backgammon pieces.

The dining area consists of a butterfly pub table with leaves and tall pub chairs, but also provides swivel barstools that slide up under the counter overlooking the kitchen for plenty of seating.

The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The pendant lights over the bar/counter invite guests to share time with the cook, while the kitchen itself has plenty of light, counter space and cupboards. A coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and mixer are all provided, along with all the dishes, cookware, bakeware and utensils one needs to cook and bake at will.

Up the lighted stairs, a landing leads first to the large master suite with its king-size bed and plush linens. A beautiful armoire houses a television and has drawers for storage. A lovely table, lamp, and two upholstered chairs provide an area for quiet moments alone or together.

The large bathroom is bright and cheerful with a large window facing the Spanish Peaks. It has lots of storage, two sinks, ample mirror space, and a huge walk-in closet with a utility dresser for folded clothes. Fluffy towels and extra sheets are provided, of course.

A second-story laundry room is tucked next to the master suite. How perfect! Ironing board, iron, laundry hamper, and all laundry cleaning products reside there, just steps away from the bedrooms.

Two smaller bedrooms and a guest bathroom round out the second floor. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with beautiful quilt and shams, a walk-in closet with small dresser, and night table with reading lamp. The other bedroom has a futon, a computer desk, chair, and two lamps. Each room has an extra set of sheets in the closet, and the full bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels.

Red Leaf Number 1 has a bright 2-car garage with a security code which will be changed for each tenant. As the first unit in the subdivision, Number 1 has the advantage of a side yard with trees; it also has an outside wall facing east to the Bridger Mountains for great views out the garage, dining area, guest bedroom, and even the master closet! Outside the dining area to the south is a small patio with a kettle barbecue and two patio chairs.
