This newer home is perched above the Yellowstone River with spectacular views of Electric Peak in Yellowstone Park and the famous Paradise Valley of Montana. You will enjoy a unique opportunity to spend time along the last major wild river in America! Conveniently located ten minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park, twenty minutes from Chico Hot Springs (in whose dining room you may spot a movie star or two) and one hour from Bozeman where you will find the nearest major airport along with fine dining and shopping.




You will find yourself ideally located whether your interest is viewing the amazing wildlife of Yellowstone's northern range(you will be only an hour from the prime wolf and grizzly bear watching of the Lamar Valley), fishing the Yellowstone River or the famous Slough Creek in Yellowstone's northeast corner, or white water rafting down the Yellowstone through the rugged Yankee Jim Canyon.

In winter you will be handy to the cross country skiing of the Northern Range or to the snowmobiling from both Mammoth Hot Springs in the Park from Cooke City, Montana.

Relaxing should come easy on the large deck overlooking the river or down on the landing just above the water's edge. There you can hear the mighty river sweeping by or notice the sudden flip of a trout's tail while a bald eagle may be watching from the Cottonwood trees across the river.

Inside you can relax in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home featuring a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

The house provides all the necessary conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities, satellite tv with vcr and attractive and comfortable furnishings.

If the main house is just not quite large enough to accommodate your group, there is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the basement of the home. It features a lovely walk out overlooking the river, kitchen, laundry facilities, 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a sofa in the living room that makes out into a bed.

RATES
This property may be rented on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. There is a 15% upcharge on the rate for stays less than 1 week.

Security Deposit: $600.00
