The main room has a large skylight high
above you, allowing the natural light to drench the studio. The day bed
doubles as seating along with an incredibly comfortable slide-rocker.
The entertainment center houses a T.V. with great cable service, a DVD
player, a stereo, and a library of DVD’s. A round pub height table
with two stools provides a fun dining environment. There is a large walk
in closet and an additional closet with built-in shelving for your storage
needs.
An arched opening separates the main room from the retro kitchen. The cabinets
are the original painted wood style. There is a range, refrigerator, and microwave,
along with all the stoneware, glassware, and utensils needed for everyday life.
The appliances include toaster, coffee maker, blender and mix master. There is
a wood hutch with a wine rack, racks for wine glasses, additional storage and
a serving surface ideal for a unit like this one.
The bathroom is bright and new. It has a tub/shower combo unit with
a sink and toilet. The white bead board adds to the retro ambience of
this great studio. Have a relaxing soak in the tub after a long day of
work or play. There are laundry facilities down the atrium hallway in
a locked laundry room. Very convenient…just a few steps away.
The day trundle bed pulls out and almost creates a king size bed (two
twin beds together). The linens are 300 count Egyptian cotton and feel
great. A down comforter will keep you comfortable anytime of the year.
The day bed ensemble has lots of extra pillows to prop you up for a great
book, movie or whatever. Relax and enjoy the comfortable simplicity of
this “Studio Above Main Street at 310”.
This unit is centrally located to skiing, fishing, hiking,
golf, tennis, a special event, or exploring the nearby National Parks.
