| Prepare to be pampered in
a beautifully decorated, fully furnished home in the picturesque Bridge
Creek Subdivision. Close to Bridger Bowl skiing and within a
few stop signs of the Gallatin airport, the house is in a convenient
location for everyone’s needs. Nestled inside the heart
of the Bridger Creek Golf Course, this 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home
demands that you relax and enjoy the amenities. Backing up to
a grassy park area for subdivision residents, there is no danger of
flying golf balls or privacy invasion by groups of golfers. This
quiet neighborhood enjoys views of the Bridger Mountains to the north
and east, and stunning sunsets in the west. With a 2-car garage,
private front porch and huge backyard deck, this home whispers luxury,
peace, and tranquility.

The large living room with cathedral ceilings
is filled with southern light and yet welcomes the visitor with its warm,
rich colors and cozy, intimate areas. A piano rests under an original
Howard Friedland oil painting, just waiting for music lovers to stroke
its keys. The two big leather chairs with ottomans beckon as they
stand on an authentic Persian rug. The couch hides a queen bed
for overnight guests. Two lighted bookcases house objects of art
as well as books for both easy and heavy reading. A gas fireplace
affords atmosphere as well as heat, and can be operated with or without
the fan. A large TV with digital cable supplies any need for entertainment
or information, and a DVD player stands by, just in case. Wireless
internet keeps the business person or tech junkie in touch with the outside
world.
The kitchen and dining areas invite you
in with warmth and taste. A formal dining room seats six, with
a large snack bar and four tall, elegant chairs adding additional seating. The
kitchen, with its tile floor and cherry cabinets, comes supplied with
plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The
bottom-freezer refrigerator is spacious and convenient. The stove
is glass-topped and has convection baking available. The “microwave” is
far more than that with built in menus for baking, thawing, reheating,
even grilling and crisping leftover pizza!
An intimate, Tuscan-style
eating area off the kitchen gives the opportunity to enjoy a romantic
dinner for two under a gorgeous stained glass lamp. A marble-topped
bar provides many additional drawers for storage or bottles of wine.
Sliding doors lead out to a private patio to the west.

Just off the kitchen area is
a utility room with excellent, full size front-loading washer and dryer,
as well as detergent, bleach and softener. An ironing board and
iron is also provided. The same room has a double closet filled
with shelves for a pantry and stocked with paper and plastic products. A
door leads from there out to the garage.
The master bedroom, located in the southwest corner of the house away
from the other bedrooms, is a study in serenity, with blue-grey walls
and plenty of light pouring in from the south window and east patio doors
which lead to the deck. Privacy is ensured with shades that either
rise up from the bottom or down from the top for any level of light wanted. A
king size bed, dresser, rocker/recliner, armoire with television, and
large walk-in closet finish the room. The master bathroom is elegant
and roomy, with a Jacuzzi tub for two as well as a walk-in shower. A
soothing evening in the Jacuzzi under a dimmed chandelier may be just
what the doctor ordered. |
Across the living room, on the
east side of the house, lie the two guest rooms, with a full bath in
between. The southern bedroom is painted a tranquil dark olive
and has two single beds, each with its own halogen reading light. The
matching quilts and pillow shams warm up the room and complement the
large oil painting on the wall between the beds. A clock with hooks
for hanging robes and such hangs just inside the door. The morning
light is stunning in this room! A television is provided for those
who can stay awake in such a restful setting.
The northeast bedroom is cheery and light, with large windows facing
both east and north, for the best view of the Bridger Mountains in the
house. A cozy daybed provides sleeping arrangements for one person,
but the trundle bed underneath pops up for additional bedding in seconds. Put
both together, and you have a king bed. The wireless internet router
is located in this room, and a computer desk and chair are provided.
Nothing like a hotel, this is truly a magnificent home that invites
guests to come in, take their shoes off, and stretch out for a wonderful
stay. |
